3. Scope of Services
Green Earth Carbon Solutions LLC is primarily engaged in the production and commercialization of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) and Sustainable Marine Fuel (SMF) derived from carbon captured through direct air capture (DAC) systems and clean hydrogen produced via Solid Electrolyte Oxygen Cells (SEOC) and other renewable technologies. These fuels are developed in compliance with applicable international sustainability, environmental, and fuel quality standards, including those set forth by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), International Maritime Organization (IMO), and regional renewable fuel programs.
As a secondary line of business, Green Earth also provides facilitation and informational services related to carbon credit transactions. In this role, we assist in coordinating transactions and representing sellers but do not act as brokers, traders, or holders of carbon credits.

13. Termination
